No avatar uploads unless a small compensation is sent for the time to process the upload.

Refunds are allowed before work is started but not after.

You are allowed to pick another mood board if you change your mind either before more than 15% of work has begun or before any work has begun.

If Lexi finds the customer to be too difficult to work with, she has every right to decline work and will send back either partial payment or full payment back, depending on if any work has been done. SPP files will be sent if partial work is done.

You are allowed to share the texture to another person if it is for them but do not sell it on Gumroad, Jinxy or Boost web stores. The texture is private to you only.If the avatar you want Lexi to work on does not have a substance file and she has to draw everything by scratch, the prices can vary but it'll be a starting price of $30 additional on top of Lexi's normal price. This commission will also take longer as it's a lot more work.
You have 72 hrs to report any issues with the avatar texture for a free fix.
Anything after 2 weeks, files are deleted from the computer and edits cannot be made. You can always ask for the substance file for future usage. Only available upon request.
Any edits to the avatar that were not discussed on your reference sheet after completion can cost additional depending on complexity. DM for more details.
Lexi has a full time day job and works on commissions after her shift. Each texture can take up to 9 hrs. Please be patient as Lexi will do her best to finish in 72 hrs or less at the time of your commission spot.
